The From Zero to Summit Entrepreneurship Community, one of our faculty’s student communities, held the first event of the Industry Meetings series with Mr. Sinan Çelik, Fleet Operations Manager of Talay Logistics.
During the event, topics such as communication skills and software used in logistics, company introduction and sector overview, common problems encountered in international transportation, advice for students, and essential industry knowledge for students were discussed. Mr. Sinan Çelik shared valuable information with the participants.
One of the key highlights of the event was the emphasis on the critical role of communication skills in logistics and business life, underlining how effective communication makes a significant difference in relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Another notable topic was the software and technologies used in logistics. Mr. Çelik talked about the widely used software in the sector as well as the systems employed in his company, stressing the importance for students to continuously improve their skills in this area.
