Ömer Durmaz, Export Manager of Başak Traktör, along with Regional Export Managers Hüseyin Sertaç Erol and Yücel Durak, participated in an event held at our faculty. Following the event, the company representatives met with our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Sinan Esen and Vice Dean Dr. Mustafa Yılmaz, where an important meeting took place.

As a result of these discussions, a consensus was reached to enable our students to receive on-the-job vocational training at Başak Traktör within the scope of the +1 Practice Model in the upcoming period. Accordingly, it is planned that two of our students will complete their workplace vocational training courses during the spring semester in the Export and Foreign Trade Departments of Başak Traktör.

It is aimed that this mutual agreement between our faculty and Başak Traktör will evolve into more comprehensive collaborations in the future. This initiative will both contribute to our students’ applied education processes and further strengthen university–industry cooperation.
