The event titled “Women Shaping the Industry,” organized by one of our student communities, the From Zero to Summit Entrepreneurship Community, brought students and industry professionals together. Sıla Öztürk, Organizational Development Specialist at Koton, attended the event as a guest speaker.

Participants gained valuable insights into topics such as process management and optimization, efficiency, and self-awareness, while the role of women in business life and the growing need for female professionals in the corporate world were also strongly emphasized. The event progressed in an interactive format with participants’ questions, offering a highly productive experience.

Through the knowledge and experiences shared by Sıla Öztürk, important perspectives on the business world were presented.

At the end of the event, thanks were extended to Sıla Öztürk and all participants, and International Women’s Day was celebrated with the distribution of flowers.
