Students of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and our faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Asena Boztaş visited Kaynarca Seyfettin Selim Vocational High School as part of the “Let’s Overcome Barriers Together” event.

During the event, joyful and meaningful moments were shared with individuals with disabilities. Following the introductory session, participants enjoyed various obstacle-course games, danced traditional halay dances, and had fun to lively Ankara music.

This visit not only offered moments of enjoyment but also powerfully conveyed the importance of empathy and togetherness. The enthusiasm for life, talents, and active participation of individuals with disabilities once again highlighted the value of solidarity and unity.

This meaningful event organized by SUBÜ students served as a strong reminder that barriers exist only in our minds—and that with unity and cooperation, every obstacle can be overcome.
